I led the creation of the internal visual style for IBM’s SSO Login Experience, designing a cohesive system that included branding elements, responsive illustrations for web and mobile, empty states, and key secure login pages. The visual language was crafted to align seamlessly with IBM’s external brand while establishing its own distinct design principles, ensuring both recognition and functional independence.

The empty state illustrations employ soft gradients and geometric abstraction to maintain an approachable tone, thereby reducing user frustration. The unified color palette and visual style communicate that these are system-side issues rather than user errors, offering clarity and subtle reassurance.
